Email notifications and reminders of pending requests ensure the process remains on track.
ASAP reduced the approval process from six months to two weeks. In a now-paperless workflow, parties seeking to use facilities enter their requests into a portal and upload associated documents. Built-in approval notifications give requestors and schools clear understanding of the process.
